New IRI Schema

We are preparing an upcoming major release of CCO for November 1. A major change in this release will be reformatting of all IRIs to include a new namespace and use of opaque local IDs for all ontology elements. The new IRIs will have the following form:

• Classes, Properties, and Individuals: https://www.commoncoreontologies.org/ont12345678
• Ontology Main IRI: https://www.commoncoreontologies.org/ArtifactOntology
• Ontology Version IRI: https://www.commoncoreontologies.org/2024-10-01/ArtifactOntology

We are sensitive to how disruptive a change of this kind may be for some users and want to make sure users have time to prepare. We are planning to publish accompanying artifacts to help end users with this transition.
