Keyframe Copy and Paste, eg exact Draw Mask Control Points copying to second+ frame

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm trying to replicate a set of keyframe control points from one keyframe to another.... but remaking each keyframe each time is very time consuming. We need a method to copy and paste a keyframe-data to a second time, or replace the existing data with the paste.
Describe the solution you'd like In the Draw Mask Control Points "drop down menu" in the Effect Panel, there should be an option to "Copy Keyframe" and "Paste keyframe." this should be for all keyframes and all elements. We should be able to copy, for instance the scale X and Y, and paste it in a different time and/or different clip.
Describe alternatives you've considered Hand copying data works for simple things like elements in the "Transform" panel, but copy and pasting complex keyframe data, like Control Points, is impossible.
Additional context In the video I am working with, it's a cartoon at about 10-15 fps and frames are doubled up in most instances. One frame of Control Points data needs to be copied to the second rather than re-created each time.
