Video Inspector "Transform" Option: Scale Ratio Lock Button, eg text entry on 1 dimension

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no way to lock the X to Y ratio of a video. I'd like to lock the width to height scale so that if I enter a text scale size specifically in X or Y, it should scale the other accordingly, automatically.
Describe the solution you'd like a simple lock button that toggles located just to the right of "Scale (All)" that would lock the X and Y ratio for all scale input, particularly when entering a specific dimension scale by text. With this option on, a change in the X dimension scale would automatically change the Y scale. Specifically entry of a specific dimension by text.
