Money Cost - Standard package to show cost of adding Money

Basically the idea here is to add some standard sample projects showing the cost to add money to an application. This could be a series of sample services that can be spun up showing best practice with a variety of money libraries.

In particular for Akka Streams I would like to be able to show to people before they try it out this is the performance cost of adding tracing. I think this will be a useful tool to show the effect of the changes we make on performance. Also I think it will make a good driving factor for making library as performant as possible.

Definitely building out some example applications beyond the simple Spring MVC would be great
