How to incroporate scrollspy in R Shiny app made with golem?

Hi @ColinFay,

I was wondering, whether there is an easy way to incorporate "scrollspy" or something similar in an R Shiny app made with the great golem package. I have searched the web for a solution but could not find a satisfying straightforward one (especially none for golem).

The one here (quite old) seems to come close but I was wondering whether a simpler built-in solution has been developed in the meantime. Given that it seems to be a very natural and common thing to have just one page with different sections of which the navigation (or sidebar) is fixed on the top (or the side, respectively) and gets automatically updated depending on the section the user is in.
