For svg/dot publisher and UML publisher's spacial layout in diagrams

  • [ ] DotLocation should be full path to dot, not path to dot location
  • [ ] If DotLocation is not specified, look for either dot or dot.exe in the current directory and PATH
  • [ ] CogsError if dot is specified incorrectly or not found in the PATH
  • [ ] Also make these changes in the UML publisher

@borsna I think this was completed but not merged https://github.com/kevinchristianson/cogs/commit/9f9f4c60b074cbb281a7209574421c845af54e1b

I will test it and figure out how to merge it in
