Certain Items Are Created Without Colliders

This prevents interaction. Items I've seen affected by this: Lanterns , Alembics , Retorts , Calcinators.

Will update with any more I see.

Kwarma Egg Sacs are created with collision meshes that are very small near the center/bottom of them. This makes it possible but very difficult to interact with them.
