add seconds for alarm

Since at the beginning SmplrAlarm was designed for the ceratin purpose, I did not include the seconds back then. However, that does not mean it should stay that way. Depending on the complexity and how much time it may consume, I will consider introducing seconds into smplrAlarm. I'll inform you on this GitHub Issue.
