Trying to use clang 7 on arm64 iPad 13.1.1 posix darwin 19 libTerm 5.2.2 may 2020 (source 1.5 nov 2018, swift, objC), could not locate quickly where to leave message; cmdguide, gitdl, unzip; install not complete. Had some success parsing macro preprocessor files for order-pp-lang and chaos-pp, but could not build a program. Used $ python -m pip install ppci; succeeded (py-compiler infrastructure), but command not found.
