New term occurs multiple times in document

When a new term occurs multiple times in a document, and a user adds the first occurrence using the "Add Term" functionality, it would be nice that other occurrences of that term are immediately annotate (grey) in the same document.

this makes a lot of sense - and should be fairly simple thing to do.

It should be possible to simply re-run the doc through the configured MedCAT model complete with new term...
