Couldn't open phone camera

While using your example I couldn't get access to the camera, or there's no view to indicate that the device is in scan mode. Please help out in case there's something or some steps I'm missing out.

Your issue is to blur, pease provide us detail with code to reproduce, additionally use the latest version.
