separate page for retrieving and cleaning data?

With 90982c388dc81f971a2408e78f6d8c354c446e51 I commented out the loading of the data on the main page. Re: #12 by @panzer I think it probably makes sense to break out any functionality for cleaning the data into a separate page?

I've been working on a separate page for a little bit at the moment. As soon as I have it ready I will issue a Pull Request.
