User Sign Up Mutation

Acceptance Criteria

• Mutation exists that would be called from the frontend when a new User signs up
• This is for sign ups that do not come from OAuth
• Complimentary jest tests

I recommend using email address as the username, and then have a field for display name. People who signup with email can later link their Social profiles, if they match on the email id. Similarly if people signup with social and later wish to detach it and use email id and password, it should be easier to retrieve their profile.
