Borderless Gaming stops resizing windows until you restart your PC

Summary

Borderless Gaming will eventually stop resizing game windows no matter what you do in the app. Doesn't matter that the game is listed in "Favorites", doesn't matter if you remove it and re-add it, doesn't matter if you try to resize it. The only thing that works is a full restart of my PC.

Steps to reproduce

1. Fire up the app
2. Come back later in the day, fire up a game that you expect to be automatically resized
3. Borderless Gaming doesn't resize
