Hiding my mouse cursor and taskbar

Are there some kind of global settings that cause these things to be hidden? Borderlessgaming is launching and immediately my cursor and taskbar get hidden. I hit the toggle and they still don't come back. I close the app and the cursor stays hidden.

Other than the global hotkeys and the menu, is there something that could be causing this?
