App won't start

I've tried completely reinstalling it already

It used to just be ready in the task tray Now it doesn't even start up

Only time I see it is for a split second after reinstall but only in the taskbar, then it disappears I try to manually start it, it pops up asking for admin permission but nothing happens when I allow it

Doesn't show up in the task manager either, nor in the startup tabs anymore

Idk if this place is dead or not but the issue is more fleshed out here

I went deeper down the rabbit hole and when I run a Win 10 trouble shoot, it says that the program isn't compatible :/
