Improvements to the `README` file

This PR adds better, improved changes to the README.md file, some general formatting changes to make it appear better for the user.

  • Adds a proper Index to provide the user with an eagle's eye view of the documentation and the repository as a whole
  • Adds a hyperlink support to certain files provided within the file
  • Formats the HTML code at the very top of the file
  • Adds a hyperlink in the coders(hq) logo to the website directly

Feel free to add any changes of your own in this PR if needed.
