No way to have sticky header + show on scroll both active at the same time

As the video shows, I wanted to replicate the same effect of the disappearing header like you folks are doing on finmasters.com. Toggling both options in Neve to ON at once, didn't produce the intended results. It looks like "show header on scroll" cancels out the "sticky header" option.
