[HFG] Add menu selectors inside the navigation components

Description:

We should add a menu dropdown selector where we currently have the shortcut to get to the menu selection. It's tedious to go out of the builder, select a menu and then come back.

• [ ] It should be kept in sync with the original ones;
• [ ] It should still have a shortcut to the menu panels as the user might want to edit their menu in customizer;
• [ ] The control should be kept in sync when menus are added/removed inside the customizer;

After today's meeting, we come to the conclusion that this is just a part of the problem. The main issue here would be that each component would need to have a different control so for each menu component you could select a different menu.
