TOC page on Mobile missing the bottom buttons

Describe the bug

The TOC page on the curriculum is missing the bottom buttons (Guides, Join us, Support) on mobile.

Tested on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Browser used was Firefox mobile 121.0

What is wrong with this content?

How could this be fixed?

Adjust the size of the TOC to make sure it fits, or add visual cues that there is additional content to scroll down for. This might be more important if we get too many TOC items so they won't fit the screen anyway. Alternatively move the additional buttons to be part of the main flow
