Visibility Transitions Not Functioning.

It would be good to have transition effects apply when going from one source to the next.

For example: Add the ability to choose a transition effect for the playlist

1. I choose fade transition
2. I hit next
3. current video fades out while next video fades in. (aka crossfade effect)

I have this in my roadmap, but I am planning a rewrite of the playlist code before dealing with the transitions, because adding in transitions is very tricky (that was one of the first things I added, but it soon got very messy so I opted to postpone that feature).
