Model using legacy skins (64x32) in "Preview Head Skins" is incorrectly rendered

"Preview Head Skins" incorrectly renders 64x32 skins by stretching the texture to fit 64x64.

CodeUtilities Build: 799

Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Reproduction 1.) Turn on the "Preview Head Skins" option. 2.) Find a player head that still uses the legacy skin format (a great example is the wither skull in Player Action > Communication. 3.) Hover over the skull.

Expected Result The rendered model will display the skin without incorrectly mapping the skin.

Actual Result The skin is improperly rendered onto the model.
