建议: 增加access_token形式的openai访问

现在新注册的openai账号必须绑定信用卡才能使用api-key，不然会一直报：You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. 这个在一定程度上增加了使用门槛，如果能用openai的access_token代替api-key就好了
