[FEATURE & BUG] Add title limit to pastes

The problem

PasteMyst's titles are amazing and really useful. However, spam can break the functionality of it. It's not really nice and makes some issues. Here is a sample image: image Discord embeds look nice however: image

The solution

Add a limit to title length I think ~85 to 100 characters.
