Property filter: ESC key makes neighborhood pill label disappear

Description

When dismissing the dropdown for Neighborhood filter through keyboard ESC key, the pill labels disappear. Applies to Community Organization dropdown also.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In Filters, expand Neighborhood dropdown
  2. Select one or multiple neighborhoods
  3. Press ESC key to dismiss the dropdown

Expected behavior Dropdown dismisses, while the selected neighborhoods are displayed in pill form.

Actual

  • Dropdown is dismissed, but the pill and its labels disappear
