🐞 Gutter Intercepts TextView Drag

Description

When dragging a selection in the text view, dragging over the gutter should continue the drag session (continuing the selection over the dragged line numbers).

To Reproduce

  • Start dragging to select text
  • Move mouse over gutter
  • Text selection stops being updated

Expected Behavior

The text selection should continue to update despite the mouse being on the gutter.
