🐞 Toolbar inspector sidebar divider and background appearance inconsistencies

The toolbar background should be the same color as the sidebar body.

The divider should be the same color as below the sidebar dock and should not flash on hover.

The height of the inspector toolbar should be the same height as the toolbar above the editor area.
