If two workspaces are open adding a new terminal tab opens to the wrong directory

To Reproduce

1. Open two projects
2. Open terminal utility on one window
3. Click add terminal tab
4. Notice it opens to other projects directory

Expected Behavior

Each window should open terminal tabs to their own directory
