BTLP overriding the scoreboard team functions in servers with dynamic method.

My plugin using Scoreboard Team functions to disable collision and provide transparent player effects, but when i using BTLP with DYNAMIC method, all functions cannot work correctly.

Is there any solutions to disable the overrides from BTLP in DYNAMIC mode?

I have viewed #90 #171 which only be told to use 80 size in FIXED mode.
