Autosetup feature for Megalog

Problem Whenever you want to set up the megalogger, it takes a lot of time to create all channels and assign them.

Solution Make an auto-setup feature that automatically creates a megalog category and assigns them. The command probably should be ?!megalog autosetup and the setup it creates should be defined in the settings document, so the bot owner can easily change it.
