megalog order enabled functions

Problem When you do ?!megalog list, it lists you the enabled functions and the ignored channels in no real order. This is problematic when wanting to copy or compare the settings with other servers.

Solution Order the enabled function and the ignored channels alphabetical

Alternative Ignored channels could also be ordered by their position in the channel list
