Purge error

Describe the bug If the command ?!purge is used and a specific user is specified, but their most recent message is not in the range of the specified number of messages you tell BulletBot to delete sent by the user, BulletBot will say I couldn't find any messages based on your criteria/range

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enter ?!purge @username [number of messages to delete]
  2. If user's most recent message in not in range of specified number, watch error be produced

Expected behavior To remove the number of messages specified user, even if the specified number is not in range of the user's most recent number
