Megalog setup helper

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It can be a huge pain to set up the megalog well so that it makes sense and whatnot.

Describe the feature you'd like in detail For the megalog module, create a command that can be used as a quick set up for the megalogs. The command would create the needed channels and all of the logs would be assigned to their appropriate channel. I am thinking that it'd be best to use the setup that is in both the support and CBAC server as the default setup method.
