Commands to interact with suggestions and bug reports in database

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Like many other things that involve the database, it's a pain sometimes to have to log into the database at times to look at the suggestions and bug reports.

Describe the feature you'd like in detail The creation of two commands only usable by a botmaster:

1. A command that when used, will show all of the current botsuggests or even remove suggestions from the database
2. A command that when used, will show all of the current bug reports or even remove reports from the database
