Doesn't capture Windows Terminal Preview keystrokes

Appears to have been fixed at one point, according to #250 , but Carnac version 2.3.13.0 isn't working with the latest Windows Terminal Preview.

I can confirm that it seems inconsistent in Windows Terminal (sometimes works and doesn't work), but Carnac seems unmaintained at this point. I currently use Keyviz now and it looks good.
