Frontend adding placeholder and scroll down

when we move to login page there is no placeholder under the username and password by which user could understand that he/she have to enter the name and password . Secondly there is no scroll down option for register page

it is too difficult for editing such file why there is no specific html file all the languages are mixed other projects respo are so good and manageable

We haven't used raw HTML, CSS, we have used a Javascript library ReactJS for frontend. So i think you can checkout about ReactJS and then you are good to go.

i could not work on this project cause i dont know anything about react if it was in html css js it was easier to work for me
