Hi @Stijnele! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the stromer team.
The Stromer integration does not currently support reauthentication or reconfiguration via the Home Assistant UI after initial setup. This is why you don't see a button to update your credentials. The integration's configuration flow only handles the initial setup and does not implement a 'reauth' step or any logic to update credentials if they change, which matches the error in your logs (source).
To restore connectivity after changing your email address, you'll need to remove the Stromer integration from Home Assistant and then add it again with your new credentials. This is currently the only way to update authentication details for this integration.
To reply, just mention @dosu.

I didn't yet wrote a reconfigure one, I can see if I can add that sometime coming days, but if you 'dare' and 'can access' your .storage directory you might be able to change it manually (handle with care though)
sry didn' get to it (yet)
