Merging into ME2
Hi, are there any particular hurdles that would block this from being added to ME2 proper? Does it interfere with non-Proton/Steam Deck functionality in some way?
Also, ME2 has its own DLL-loading mechanism. Wouldn't it make sense to patch that up to work with Proton instead of EML? Or, perhaps it does already?
Nothing really, the whole feature is compile time option. It does switch the memory scanner to alternative implementation It's 2 commits: https://github.com/Cloudef/ModEngine2/commits/main
