Provide a way to change the gui on transmissionvpn

There should be a way to change the web gui to any of the provided alternatives in transmissionvpn. Just like in http://haugene.github.io/docker-transmission-openvpn/config-options/. Currently at the moment the transmission vpn container is created but only using the stock gui.
