Check the behavior of macOS version of CloudCompare/CloudComPy on CloudCompare bug #1646

Bug confirmed on the official macOS version of CloudCompare (issue #1646). PoissonRecon algorithm crashes on the example, with octree depth > 8. To check with CloudComPy macOS build.
