Added nipple flick command
I feel like this command would be highly useful, as it would save a lot of when I (and other people) want to flick other people's nipples over IRC. There are some spelling/grammatical mistakes that could be fixed, although that is easily fixable.
They won't even approve .coffee and .bagel and others...
I'll rage if this get approved.
