[docs] Update NiFi documentation

Description

There is a documentation page about how to configure NiFi to work with the JDBC client: https://clickhouse.com/docs/en/integrations/nifi

It is outdated:

  • very old version is mentioned
  • when upgrading to a new version more dependencies needed. We need to fix https://github.com/ClickHouse/clickhouse-java/issues/1823 first
