button component feels like it gets "stuck" after clicking

if you have a simple button like:

<Button onClick={() => console.log}>Test</Button>

After clicking the button, the button is still pushed down and doesn't come back up until you click somewhere else. I'm not sure if this is intended but I personally think it feels a little off
