Proper handling of "Not enough credits"

I just created a new organisation, set up a credit card and tried to deploy an application there. It failed because I had forgotten to set up monthly invoicing; however I only found that out by checking the "Activity" tab in the Clever Cloud Console. The clever tools (which were running clever deploy) were just stuck on

Your source code has been pushed to Clever Cloud.

It would be great if the clever tools could give some kind of error message and stop, if this kind of thing happens.
