Jet Brains YouTrack (issue tracker) website links are broken.

When searching for issues on Jet Brains' YouTrack I noticed the links to each issue wouldn't open, and I did some debugging and came to the conclusion that it was ClearURLs that was breaking them. I have since disabled this plugin for the time being. But I would like to ask if this issue could be fixed.
