feature request: stall spawning tabs with URLs containing multiple ampersands

For URLs of amazon it would be a nice low-tech option to prevent immediately spawning a tab or window or click-through if the URL had "too many" ampersands. To me this indicates not sanitized enough. It could be an interface similar to uBlock Origin with a Temp Allow button below the fully shown URL.

This option would allow simple specify of domain like

amazon.com

number of &: 4 (or more)
