Allow the Subject to see and manage own rectification requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a Subject I want to see previous Rectification request and manage it (archive/delete, see details/status).

Describe the solution you'd like A new UI is proposed to display the status of the Subject. This should be addressed first.
