Adding some key items causing glitch

Played the save editor for some time. Works very well for weapons and resumable items. But adding some unique items (e.g. Bell Bearings, quest related Mending Runes) causing most of equipped items disappeared (only the icons, seems still functioning correctly). Any thought on that?

Thanks for the hard work anyway, its still amazing. :D
