我在config.yml里加了 - HTTP_PROXY=http://10.2.3.198:7890 - HTTPS_PROXY=http://10.2.3.198:7890 还是不起作用，tg通知失败。 我用的环境是Windows电脑，docker-compose跑的，电脑用的clash，平时用青龙什么的是在配置设置了tg代理了可以正常通知
