Can't activate all interactions if screen is too small - missing scrollbar

If I have many interactions and a small screen, I can't reach all the buttons for activating the interactions.

Workaround: zoom out. But that also has its limitations.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Claper webpage
2. Go to the dashboard (login if necessary)
3. Create a new event
4. Name the event "demo149"
5. From the "my events" overview, select "demo149"
6. Click "Add interaction"
7. Click "Add survey"
8. Enter "q1" (increase the number for subsequent surveys)
9. Repeat steps 6 to 9 until you notice that a scrollbar is needed. On my FullHD screen, it requires 18 surveys. If you make the Browser window smaller, you reach that limit earlier. If you additionally use the splitter to make it 2 columns or 1 column, you reach it even earlier.
